Family Theatre, Inc. Gives Back!
As the Beach Cities' only community theatre we make it our mission to bring our community together.
Family Theatre, Inc. proudly reaches out with every production to give access to musical theatre to everyone in our community. In addition to the list below, Family Theatre, Inc.:
- Donated $1,000 to the Hermosa Beach School District at March 2010 School Board meeting
- Donates silent auction items (camp registrations) to raise money for schools in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Palos Verdes.
- Donates a bridge to the local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts for their yearly "bridging ceremonies"
- Offers tours to local Girl Scouts to earn their theatre badges
- Mutiple needs based scholarships with every production
- Free teacher tickets for cast member's teachers with every production
- Ticket sale donation to support Hermosa Valley School Band
- Free performance opportunities for Hermosa Valey School Band
- Free performance opportunities for Hermosa Valley Choir
- Free performance opportunities for local dance studio students
- Free solo performance opportunities for local music students
